Assignment for Tuesday

For your assignment for next Tuesday, I'd like you to compose a photo story. It can be one photo, if that's sufficient, or up to five. Post the photos plus a short text explaining what your photo is all about to your blog. On Tuesday, we'll talk about your pictures. I want each of you to be able to tell me what your photo story is all about. Afterward, we'll let the class vote on a photo story with a magnificent prize to the class favorite.

If your blog address doesn't show up at right, please send it to me again. If you need help posting photos, ask me or email me (my office hours Monday are from 2-3 in the afternoon).

By having all the blog addresses at this site, all you will need to do to reach any of them is come here. I'd strongly encourage each of you to read your classmates' blogs. You all are wonderfully creative, and I'm really looking forward to what you write about.

Welcome to the JOUR 1550 blog

So far, there isn't much here. I didn't especially like the photos I took the other day, so we don't have any pictures yet. And I haven't been able to get everyone's blogs linked. Those with addresses that I have can be found along the right column under the "Class Blogs" heading. Some of them are still empty, but others have some nice comments. I'd encourage you to read along, comment on each others' postings, and build our class into a community.
